The operator dominating a brand you don't cover
is already inside a brand you do.
Per-ASIN tools like Keepa and Helium 10 can tell you who's on a listing right now. They can't tell you which networks those sellers operate in, or which of your brands they're going to show up in next. Our data can.
A graph, not a per-product lookup.
Every day since April 2024 we capture the winning buybox seller on every ASIN in Amazon's BSR top-1M. Sixteen-plus months of that data, aggregated per seller and cross-referenced across every brand they touch, produces an operator graph no per-ASIN tool produces structurally.
For every operator we track, we surface:
- —Portfolio breadth — how many distinct brands they win buybox on. Some professional arbitrage operators run across hundreds or thousands of brands simultaneously.
- —Cross-brand overlap with your tracked portfolio — an annotation layer per workspace showing which of your managed brands this operator is already active on.
- —Stability over time — how many consecutive months they've held buybox positions, indicating professional operation vs. hit-and-run flipping.
- —Category concentration — whether they specialize in one root category or spread across verticals.
- —Profile classification — rules-based flag distinguishing authorized-looking resellers from unauthorized high-velocity operators.
Four decisions you can make.
- Portfolio-overlap alerts. When a tracked operator starts winning buybox on a new brand you manage, we flag it automatically. Not a per-ASIN anomaly alert — a network-movement signal.
- Enforcement prioritization. Your brand-integrity team can rank takedown targets by portfolio reach. The operator running across 300 brands has 10x the leverage of the one running across 3.
- Prospect intelligence. Operators pressuring brands you don't currently manage are signals about which prospects to pitch — because that same operator is probably eating your client's margin today and a stabilizing authorized partner flips the conversation.
- Distribution-leak detection. When one operator concentrates buybox wins across multiple brands from the same distributor, that points at a diversion source your authorized-sellers list doesn't reach.
The methodology page covers how we aggregate operator data, including the 16-month stable-identity window for most sellers and the 4-plus-month window with merchant-ID resolution. Read the full methodology →
