Webotee AI Connect · MCP

Webotee Amazon research data in your own Claude & ChatGPT.

The seller-and-operator side of Amazon, in your AI.

Try it live — the same intelligence you get in Claude & ChatGPT:

Sourcing & ASIN vetting

Vet any ASIN — or your whole uploaded list in one pass. Buy-box winner share, Amazon-retail dominance and FBA penetration and other useful metrics.

› Vet these ASINs <ASIN LIST>: which are worth sourcing, and are they stable or volatile?

Try Webotee MCP powered product research tool

Product search — Amazon & Walmart

Search Amazon and Walmart by keyword, ASIN or UPC — for buying or sourcing. Every result comes enriched: cross-marketplace presence (Amazon US ↔ UK ↔ Walmart), product ratings, the sellers behind it, and brand intelligence.

› Search "stainless steel water bottle" on Amazon + Walmart — show ratings, who sells each, and where it's cheaper.

Try Webotee MCP powered product lookup

Brand intelligence

A brand's sellers and their buy-box shares, MAP/unauthorized-seller activity, and the other brands those sellers carry (its seller-connected ecosystem).

› For this brand: main sellers + buy-box shares, MAP/unauthorized issues, and the top other brands those sellers carry.

Seller networks

Only on Webotee

Compare any two sellers and see the catalog gaps — the brands one carries that the other is missing (lines you could add).

› Compare these two sellers — which brands does one carry that the other doesn't?

Niche & category discovery

Under-served niches ranked by observed seller competition and private-label winnability.

› Under-served niches in home & kitchen with low multi-seller competition and Amazon-retail under 25%.

Try Webotee MCP powered niche finder tool

Protection & monitoring

Connect your store and query all data Webotee has on your products in Claude / ChatGPT. Includes Webotee competitive data on Amazon & web-wide, but also MAP violations and unauthorized sellers across your brands.

› Where I'm undercut across the web? Who's breaching my MAP or selling my brand products without authorization?

Included on the Webotee Starter plan ($29/mo) and up.

The blind spot

Your AI is brilliant — and blind to the marketplace.

Claude and ChatGPT can reason about anything you paste in. But ask them “who actually wins the buy box on this ASIN?” or “which sellers are circling my brand?” and they're guessing — they can't see the marketplace. Webotee gives your AI eyes: the observed seller-and-operator side of Amazon that no chatbot, and no estimate tool, can see on its own.

› Who really sells this — not what the listing says

› Which operators carry a brand — the cross-seller network

› Where a brand is exposed — MAP breaks & unauthorized sellers

Before / after

The same chat, with marketplace sight.

Your AI on its own

Guesses who sells a product from what the listing shows right now.

With Webotee connected

Shows the observed buy-box winner history for that ASIN — who’s actually held it over time.

Your AI on its own

Has no idea which sellers are linked.

With Webotee connected
Only on Webotee

Maps the operators carrying a brand and the other brands they carry — the cross-seller network.

Your AI on its own

Eyeballs a category and guesses if it’s crowded.

With Webotee connected

Counts the real sellers per sub-category and Amazon-retail share — sourcing openings, ranked.

Your AI on its own

Can’t see your brand’s exposure.

With Webotee connected

Lists unauthorized sellers and MAP breaks across the web for a brand you own.

What you can ask

Talk to your Amazon data like a teammate.

Drop one of these into your own Claude or ChatGPT once Webotee AI Connect is added. Swap the placeholders for the real ASIN, brand, seller, or category you're researching.

MarketplacesAmazon US · defaultAmazon UKWalmart US

Webotee answers for Amazon US by default — just name another marketplace to switch, e.g. “how does this brand look on Amazon UK?” or “compare this ASIN's price on Walmart.”

Prompt

Who’s controlled the buy box on <ASIN> over the past 24 months?

Drop in a single product and get its full observed buy-box winner history — the seller-level truth a sales-estimate tool can’t show — so you know how contested an ASIN really is before you commit.

Prompt

Which operators dominate the buy box on <brand>?

See who actually wins the buy box across a brand’s catalog — the resellers and arbitrage operators you’re really up against.

Prompt

Top brands <seller> sells by estimated sales

Reverse a seller into their highest-volume brands, ranked by estimated sales, to read their sourcing playbook.

Prompt

Find under-competed sub-categories in <category>

Surface niches with fewer entrenched operators and thinner brand competition — sourcing starting points to validate.

Built for how you sell

A saved workflow for your selling model.

Webotee turns “what should I source next, and who already owns it?” into a repeatable playbook — discover, vet, shortlist, monitor, defend — the same in the app, the chatbot, and your own Claude or ChatGPT. Pick your model:

Each playbook is a saved, scheduled workflow you unlock when you sign up — it runs these steps on a daily or weekly cadence and delivers a digest, in the app or automated straight into your own Claude or ChatGPT.

Wholesale

The competitor is the seller pool on each ASIN — not a rival brand. Know who's entering (authorized, hijacker, or serial discounter) and whether the buy box is winnable before you commit a PO.

Brand Watch

Daily: seller-count change, buy-box rotation, a known operator landing on your brand, and MAP breaks — ranked by dollar exposure.

Playbook
New-Brand Radar

Brands with 1–4 sellers, no Amazon on the listing, and a thin reseller pool — scored on resale economics and gating.

Ask it in Claude or ChatGPT
  • Which sellers just entered the pool on this brand’s ASINs?
  • Find wholesale brands with 1–4 sellers and no Amazon on the listing.
  • Is this brand’s buy box winnable before I open the account?
Free Chrome extension · Webotee Scout

Build your watchlist as you browse — then ask about all of it at once.

The free Webotee Scout Chrome extension scores every Amazon and Walmart page you open and lets you add the product to your watchlist in one click. Once your catalog is tracked, ask whole-watchlist questions in your own Claude or ChatGPT through AI Connect — one call covers every tracked item, instead of asking ASIN by ASIN.

Whole-watchlist prompt

› Bulk stats across my whole watchlist — seller count, buy-box shares, Amazon dominance, FBA penetration and score for every item.

Whole-watchlist prompt

› For my whole watchlist, where am I being undercut across the web, and which items have new sellers or MAP breaches?

Whole-watchlist prompt

› What changed on my watchlist since last check — new sellers and score moves, ranked by what matters.

Under the hood

How the Amazon Product Research MCP connector works.

MCP (Model Context Protocol) is the open standard that lets your AI talk to outside data sources. Webotee AI Connect is the Amazon-research side of that connection — an Amazon MCP server that exposes a static research dataset your AI reads, never a bot that shops on your behalf.

01

Webotee exposes its dataset as read-only tools

Operators, brands, ASINs, niches, buy-box history, and cross-marketplace overlap — our pre-collected Amazon research dataset — are surfaced to your AI as a set of read-only MCP tools. Nothing writes, nothing changes a listing, nothing places an order.

02

Your Claude or ChatGPT calls those tools

You ask a question in plain language. Your own AI decides which Webotee tools to call, passes the brand / seller / category you named, and reads back structured results — then explains them in context, right inside your chat.

03

You get observed marketplace data, not a live shopper

Answers come from historical, pre-collected brand + seller intelligence — not from an agent browsing Amazon for you in real time. It is a static research dataset you interrogate, so results are consistent, fast, and citeable.

04

Usage is metered per plan

Each plan includes a daily AI Connect call allowance (see the tier table below). When your AI calls a Webotee tool, it counts against that day’s allowance — so heavier research sits on a higher tier.

What it is, plainly: read-only access to Webotee's historical brand + seller intelligence, surfaced as tools your AI can call. What it is not: an agent that browses or buys on Amazon, and not a real-time feed. Treat every answer as a researched starting point to validate, not a guarantee.

FAQ

Questions, answered.

Doesn’t Amazon (or my AI) already have an MCP?

Yes — Amazon’s MCP and others connect your AI to your own Seller Central account. That’s your data. Webotee is the opposite and complementary: the whole-market view your own account can’t show — who’s winning the buy box across a brand, which operators are linked, where a brand is exposed. Connect both; they don’t overlap.

Is this scraping? Is it allowed?

Webotee surfaces its own independent, pre-collected dataset of public Amazon marketplace activity as read-only research tools. Nothing connects to your seller account, nothing writes or changes a listing, nothing places an order. Webotee is not affiliated with Amazon.

Is the data real-time?

It’s observed, historical marketplace intelligence — pre-collected brand and seller data, not a live agent browsing Amazon while you wait. That’s what makes it fast and consistent in a chat.

Which AI assistants work?

Claude and ChatGPT today — and anything that supports custom MCP connectors. Same server URL either way: paste it once.

Do I need to be technical?

No. Add one connector URL in your AI’s settings, sign in to Webotee once, and ask questions in plain language.

Which marketplaces?

Amazon US by default, plus Amazon UK and Walmart US — just name the marketplace in your question to switch.

What does it cost?

It’s included on the Webotee Starter plan ($29/mo) and up, with a 7-day free trial. Daily call allowances scale by plan (see the table above).
